HOW OFTEN DO YOU CHANGE MENUS?

We change menus once a week, debuting the new one on Monday, and closing orders on Thursday at 12:00 P.M.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

WHAT DO I DO WHEN I RECEIVE MY MEALS?

As soon as you receive your meals, you should remove them from our eco-friendly insulated container and refrigerate them immediately. 

In order to maintain a high standard of quality and consistency, we only deliver in Whitfield, Catoosa, and Murray Counties. Call us if you are uncertain if you are outside of our food delivery service area.

WHY CAN'T I SEE THE MENUS WITHOUT CREATING AN ACCOUNT?

In order to better provide a more personalized experience to our customers a login is required. We consider it an honor that you share your email with us, and we promise that we will not abuse that privilege. 

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF HAVING AN ACCOUNT?

Creating an account will make it easier for you to check out next time; your billing address, delivery address and payment information (optional) will be saved, as well as your past orders. So, if in the future you want to order the same, you can look at past orders and submit them again. Or, if you have a subscription meal plan you need to modify, you can do it in your account.

TIPS FOR REHEATING:

Reheating in the Microwave:

  • Spread food out in an even layer, cover with a damp paper towel to help create some steam while the food is heating so it doesn’t dry out, and stir every so often to promote even heating, as there are usually hot spots even in microwaves with turntables.

  • If you’re heating more than one kind of food on the same plate, it sometimes isn’t a good idea to throw everything on the plate and into the microwave at the same time. If there is a denser food like a pork chop, microwave that by itself until it’s almost warmed through before adding in quick-heating things, like rice and vegetables. That way, everything finishes heating at the same time but nothing is overcooked.

HOW IS BALANCED FOOD CO DIFFERENT?

Our healthy convenient meals are made with fresh locally sourced seasonal vegetables and nutrient-rich carb and protein selections. 

WHEN DO I REORDER MY MEALS?

In order to fulfill your request timely, place your order by noon on Friday for the following week's meals.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY MEALS?

After you have selected your meals and placed them in your cart, simply pay with a credit card or PayPal. A receipt will be sent to you to verify your order and purchase. Pick up your meals at our convenient Benjamin Way location.

HOW AND WHEN WILL MY MEALS BE READY?

Your meals will be ready for pick-up from 3-6 pm on Sunday or from 8-5 on Monday. Or you can schedule to have your meals delivered on Sunday or Monday. Simply schedule your delivery time when you checkout.

WHAT DO I DO WITH MY CONTAINERS?

We use very high-quality reusable/recyclable plastic containers. Please recycle or reuse them!

CAN I FREEZE MY MEALS?

Most of them, yes! Freeze by the date marked. Obviously, some items are not meant to be frozen, such as salads, raw veggies, etc.
