A wave of thankfulness washed over me today as I took my walk this morning. I was running a few minutes late, and as I pulled into the parking lot, I noticed the time. It was 7:10. For the last 7 1/2 years, on the second Monday and Tuesday of every month, I would be making coffee and setting out snacks for a monthly training class that my previous employer held every single month. But today, for the first time in all these years, I wasn’t there. I was here.
After my walk, I went home, showered and finished the two desserts that I made for the said training. Once I dropped them off, I headed to the kitchen where the next six hours flew by! One of the things on my todo list today, was to paint the mixer stand. I’m the worlds worst painter, and so I’m thrilled with how it turned out! I’m even more thrilled that none of the paint ended up on the floor!
After I made two more desserts tonight, for tomorrow’s training- I once again announced Launch 2.0… there’s no backing out now!
